PRESIDENT AND FOUNDER
Danny Ojeda founded Retail Site Group, LLC (RSG) in 2023 after spending 12 years at the OK affiliate of one of the largest commercial brokerage firms in the world. During his tenure, Ojeda was consistently ranked as top producer within the firm's retail practice group racking up over $350,000,000 in transactions at the time of departure.
In his career, Danny has exclusively represented a number of national and regional tenants in their statewide rollout campaigns including Harbor Freight Tools, Qdoba Mexican Eats, Dollar General, Loves Travel Stops, Tidal Wave Autospa, Sprint Wireless, Club Champion Golf, AAA Care Care, Scooter’s Coffee, Charlie’ Carwash, Freddie’s Frozen Custard, Deka Lash Studio, Phat Tire Bike Shop, The UPS Store, Sonic, and others.
In addition to tenant representation Danny has a vast amount of experience in NNN and multi-tenant investment sales, project leasing, development, and ownership in retail properties. As an owner/developer, Danny was instrumental in growing a multi-million dollar retail real estate portfolio consisting of ground-up single tenant development projects, and value-add shopping centers, located in Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Kansas.
Personally, Danny is married with two kids, enjoys the outdoors, sports, traveling, and spending time with family. Danny attended college on a baseball scholarship before transferring to Oklahoma City University where he graduated with honors while earning a B.S. in Economics and an MBA in Finance.
